If you wish to report abuse originating from a domain name that OrchidServe manages, please raise a Support Ticket. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide as much detail as possible.
If you have a complaint, we will do what we can to put things right.
In the first instance, please raise a Support Ticket. Please provide as much detail as possible and allow us two working days to respond.
If your complaint remains unresolved, you can escalate the complaint, by email, to email@example.com and clearly marked in the Title as a ‘Complaint’. Please provide as much detail as possible and a Director will respond.
If your complaint relate to our Nominet Registrar Services, you can escalate the complaint to Nominet. See https://www.nominet.uk/complaints/.
