The Accounts Portal is our billing system, operated by ChargeBee.
The Accounts Portal maintains customer records, maintains a list of the subscribed services, automatically generates the reminder emails, issues invoices when they are due, and takes card payments.
If you are a customer, you can create a Portal Account using the email address that you receive your invoices on, and use it to log in to the Accounts Portal.
To access the Accounts Portal, go to https://orchidserve.chargebeeportal.com/. The Customer Portal Login page is then displayed:
Enter your OrchidServe e-mail address and password, and click Login.
Your Accounts Portal will then be displayed.
