Hosting 90, 98 Email Settings – using secure server address

The server has an SSL certificate and reverse DNS set so unless you have these set for you domain, it is better to use these for the best chance of successful mail delivery.

Incoming and Outgoing Server : ceres.uksrv.co.uk (or your own server address if you have an SSL certificates configured)

Email Username : Your email address

Email Password : is set in cPanel.

In your Email Client, ensure that you have the following settings:

Authentication:
◾The Server Requires Authentication to Send.
◾User the same detail as Incoming.

Incoming Server Ports and Encryption (IMAP OR POP3):
◾If using IMAP, Incoming Server IMAP port is 993.
◾If using POP3, Incoming Server POP3 port is 995.
◾Encryption is SSL.

Outgoing Server Port and Encryption (SMTP):
◾Outgoing Server SMTP port is 465.
◾Encryption is SSL.

Hosting 10, 11, 12 and 14 Email Settings

Incoming and Outgoing Server : mail.yourdomain

Email Username : Your email address

Email Password : is set in cPanel.

In your Email Client (Outlook etc.), ensure that you have the following settings:
◾The Server Requires Authentication to Send.
◾User the same detail as Incoming.

In Advanced Options tab:
◾if using IMAP for incoming mail, the IMAP port is 143. No encryption.
◾if using POP3 for incoming mail, the POP3 port is 110. No encryption.
◾Outgoing is Authenticated SMTP and the port is 587. No encryption.
